Currently working on this home addition in Farragut.   It has a full bath and bedroom 400 sf.

500 sf addition with full bath. In Knoxville Historical area. The home was on HGTV in the past. Island home area.

16 by 24 home addition. This new from ground up construction has finished up and down stairs. A full bath and custom bay window. We matched the roof line for a seamless transition from old to new.

Kitchen Sub-Floor Repair

An old leak helped rot the sub floor and joists in this home. We removed all of the cabinets, sink, appliances and rotten wood. We repaired all effected joists. Installed new sub flooring and reinstalled the cabinets, sink and appliances in one day, saving the customer time and money.

These custom built-in cabinets fit every request from our customer. From concept to completion we transformed their family room in to the main attraction of their home.

Termite Damage Repair

This home had termite damage. It was necessary to replace a 16 foot section of main beam in the crawl space. Not easy to do, But we completed the task in three days and saved the customer $7,000.00

Building a home requires planning, experience and dedication. This beautiful home features underground utilities, 2100 sf and 1100 shop area, four bed three baths. This home was built from plans purchased from a lumber yard with some changes from paper to reality. We put the laundry on the third floor, so the there will be no carrying laundry up and down the stairs.
